I had an excellent dining experience at Ristorante Da Politano. the hostess was very considerate and helpful with the food and wine selection. the menu focused on traditional dishes from Piemonte, and the choices and execution were exceptional. the restaurant also had a great wine list at very reasonable prices. I also enjoyed the unique industrial aesthetic of the dining room, which gave it a different charm compared to the hotel. My room had a balcony with a view of the cathedral, and the location was perfect. The breakfast was delicious. Cons: Nothing not to like. 🌟.
